The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program
The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is the nations leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Members receive a basic fitness center membership at no cost. The program includes use of basic amenities and access to our signature SilverSneakers Classes which are offered 5 days a week.
SilverSneakers is typically offered to Medicare-eligible members of a sponsoring health plan.
Currently, the following insurances cover this program; Highmark Security Blue, Freedom Blue, MediGap Blue, Security65 and PRIME. If individuals are interested in the Silver Sneakers Program, but do not qualify through their insurance, they may purchase a gym membership at our Senior Rates, and participate in the classes. FREE TRAINING SESSIONS AVAILABLE!
Silver Sneakers is FREE to those who qualify through Insurance.
The Silver&Fit program
The Silver&Fit program is designed for older adults! By exercising regularly and meeting new people, you can be Silver, Fit, and Fabulous too!
The Silver&Fit program is a product of American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc., a subsidiary of American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH). ASH provides health plans, employer groups, insurance carriers, and trust funds with a wide range of population health management, fitness and exercise, and specialty health care management programs to improve the health of their members or employees.
