The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is the nations leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Members receive a basic fitness center membership at no cost. The program includes use of basic amenities and access to our signature SilverSneakers Classes which are offered 4 days a week. SilverSneakers is typically offered to Medicare-eligible members of a sponsoring health plan. Currently, the following insurances cover this program; Highmark Security Blue, Freedom Blue, MediGap Blue, Security65 and PRIME. If individuals are interested in the Silver Sneakers Program, but do not qualify through their insurance, they may purchase a gym membership at our Senior Rates, and participate in the classes.
