Ladies Pink Boxing

Bring your gloves/wraps for this boxing technique class: All strikes as well as foot work using striking pads! No contact with other participants. Just pads and gloves!! Great cardio, great confidence! All welcome!

Body Shaping

Shape your body with lighter weights by focusing on the muscle, going slow yet keeping your heart rate up. Get that muscle tone!

Core/Pilates/Yoga

What a way to end the day with strength building core work using pilates moves and ab exercises finishing with a well needed stretch!

Walk-Live

An indoor total body walking system set to motivational music with four basic steps makes this a few mile walk. Small hand weights are used for total body exercise!

Cardio Circuit

A high intensity varying cardio class that throws in calisthenics and possibly weights.

Boot Camp

An hour of Intense "Boot Camp" style training. Everything from cardio to drills to plyometrics. We do it all!

Cardio & Stretch

A half hour of pure cardio--all types--followed by a half hour of yoga/stretch. Perfect way to start your day!

Functional Fitness

Every week will be a different style class from either: Bootcamp, True Circuit, Challenge Fit, etc., focusing on functional movements in fitness and everyday life.

Fitness Yoga

The athletes yoga. Strength and stretch your body with static holds and yoga poses!

Interval Fitness

MMA - Conditioning

This is a conditioning class put on by the MMA Club, getting you ready and in physical shape for the intensity of the Advanced class. Members welcome to participate.

MMA - Advanced

(must have instructor permission to take this class). Put on by the MMA Club, this class is for advanced students only. It will incorporate Strikes and Hits from both positions: standing and ground. Please see Brian for more info. Packages available.

Power 10

10 minutes of cardio followed by 10 minutes of Power Lifting. We keep repeating ending with abs. Build muscle and burn fat!

Power Plyo

High intensity Cardio Class to maximize your total body with concentration on your core muscle groups. Bring Water!

Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength

A class designed to increase muscular strength and range of motion for daily living skills. Hand weights, tubing, and balls are used along with a chair for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers 2 Cardio Circuit

A class for Seniors who ar ready to advance from basic silver sneakers - more cardio, heavier weights, and standing movements.

Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch

A 55 minute yoga class for seniors starting in a chair and moving to bands.

Spinning

An indoor cycling class set to fun music and motivating instructors. Burn 500 calories in 45 minutes. Water bottle is a must!

Yoga

A class of gentle stretching and balancing your body. Hatha Yoga.

Zumba

Fusion of Body Sculpt movements with Latin inspired cardio dance moves. Come sweat and have fun!
